The Safe Havens of Arda

***Welcome to the Safe Havens of Arda***
We were first established by Fernelf in November of 2003, when the Lord of the Rings Online was still just a dream called Middle Earth Online. Some things have changed a bit along the way, but at heart we are still the same relaxed, inviting place we've always been! In Fernelf's absence, the Safe Havens is under the Stewardship of Cirlonde in conjunction with our Council of Elders. Our policy assumes that members are mature enough to govern themselves so we do not mandate a large number of rules and regulations. The leadership is in place primarily to handle administrative duties and to arbitrate any rare dispute that may arise.
Our kinship is a very relaxed group of close friends from many different walks of life who came together through this game. We're very easy going with few rules and no drama; our members range in age from early 20's to retired across all U.S. time zones, but we all have real life responsibilities that need to be put first sometimes.
