***The SHoA Follows Standards set by the Original Fellowship***
We will have more of a Democratic type society within the SHoA. Let me explain if I may. Even though most of Tolkiens'' peoples lived in a Totalitarian society..(I said most not all, I do not think the Hobbits did, although I do beleive most of the humans did), The original fellowship itself was more in line with a democratic type. Most of the members in the fellowship were leaders in thier own respect. They did not appoint a leader, instead they allowed the most appropriate individual in any given situation to lead them and guide them towards victory. (taken from the CoC)
The SHoA will be a neutral kinship and will provide players as much interaction between kinships as possible. The kinship will consist of healers, master crafters, (of course once they gain that via the game), escorts for solo players, warriors and every other type of character LoTRO can offer.
We of the SHoA will provide safe havens for the weary travelers. We will also have healers and such that will offer services to all players after quests, battles and so fourth. Our establishments will be placed in areas that are convenient to the traveler.

Turbine has annouced a founders program. If you pre-order the game between now and release-date you get some special offers, among them a liftime subscription.

| | We just had another kid hack our site. Hopefully everything is back to normal now, but any posts/pm's etc. made between the backup I used and the time of the hack, is lost. I don't think there was more than 4-5 hours in between though, so hopefully everything is here. |

| Â | Quite a few good updates recently.
First of, we got a new dev-diary by Scenario, giving us a tour on how to create the Wild Lands. A great and detailed diary.
There has also opened up a new section of information on the lotro site, that will contain information about the various characters/npc's that we will encounter on our journies. First out in this section is Gandalf.
Wednesday gave us a new Beta Journal, this time from a hunters perspective.
A new point of interest, Brandy Hall and finally some more skilles added to the Classes Section |
